Предельные отклонения внешнего (D) и внутреннего (dв, d1) диаметров, а также диаметра «воротника» фланца типа 11 (Dm, Dn) в настоящем протоколе не указываются, при необходимости уточняются для конкретного фланца в зависимости от его массы и марки стали по классу точности Т4 ГОСТ 7505-89 (таблица 8), исходный индекс определяется с использованием следующих параметров (таблица 2): коэф. пересчёта массы поковки – 1,65, сложность – С1. 6. Предельные отклонения диаметров отверстий фланцев (Ød) должны соответствовать полю допусков H14 ГОСТ 25346-89. Они указаны в таблице 1.5. |
5. Limit deviations of flange outer and inner diameters (dв, d1) and diameter of welded neck (Dm, Dn) are not mentioned directly in this protocol. They can be specified for each particular flange depending on its weight and material according to accuracy class T4 (table 8) of GOST 7505-89, starting index is to be defined according to the following parameters (table 2): forging weight coefficient – 1,65, complexity – C1.
6. Limit deviations of flange holes diameter (Ød) must comply with the H14 field of tolerance of GOST 25346-89. Values of main parameters are shown in Table 1.5. |
